QuickCRM defines 4 levels of Access Rights:
Administrator : Administrators can consult, modify and export the whole contents of the database,
Manager : Users with Manager role can read the whole database and export data. Modifications are only allowed on their own data.
User: Data access is restricted to data assigned to this user.
Support : The support role allows complet read access to accounts and contacts, and full access to tickets. Sales information (opportunities, leads, ...) are not accessible.
